A Letter from Matt Siegel of the Dirty Good

Hi there! If you're reading this, you clicked on the link from the Relix Daily 7 email. First, thanks for stopping by, and I'm sure you're wondering who is "The Dirty Good?"

The Dirty Good is what I call a jamband collective. Think of Oteil and Friends or Eric Krasno and Friends, where some musicians are core members joined by guest musicians depending on the show.

Over the years, I've had the pleasure of playing with many amazing musicians. I've shared the stage with Robert Randolph to Ray Wylie Hubbard. I currently tour with Allman Brothers bassist David "Rook" Goldflies, and from Dickey Betts and Great Southern, vocalist/keys Mike Kach.

While I'm in the process of recording the first album, I wanted to share our first single with you before it is released to streaming platforms and radio.

To download the MP3 of "Time is a River, Time is a Road" sign up for our newsletter (in the section below), and you will receive the welcome email with the file link shortly thereafter.

Ultimately, The Dirty Good is about the connection between the musician and the music fan. The songs are part of a journey and are a journey unto themselves. I hope you'll come along and dig the dirty goodness we'll be cooking up.

Much Love,
Matt Siegel
